RETURN POLICY

Due to the high-value and collectible nature of luxury timepieces, all sales are considered final. However, we stand behind every watch we sell.

If you believe your watch was misrepresented in description or condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

• The watch must remain in the exact condition received.
• Protective stickers (if present) must not be removed.
• The timepiece must not be worn, altered, or modified.
• All original packaging and included materials must be returned.

Return approval is granted at our discretion after review of the claim.

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for insured return shipping via UPS with signature confirmation. Refunds are issued once the watch has been received and inspected.

We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, sizing preferences, or market fluctuations.
